Should a dog or puppy die just because it is part German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Chow Chow, Akita, Mastiff, Pit, Doberman, or Rottie? It seams that the powers that be at Cumberland County Animal services in NC think so. They are voting on Monday Dec. 5, 2011 to impose a ban on these breeds in their shelter. Strays That have these breeds in them will be held for the mandatory 72 hours, never be put up for adoption and then euthanized. Owner turn ins would be euthanized immediately. Dr. John Lauby (the same guy who decided hiring a gunman to shoot strays at night was a great way to get rid of them) has decided that this is a good way to offset any liability that the shelter could have if a dog bites someone after it is adopted. There are many other simple solutions to this problem- like a waiver.
Please let them know what you think about his "solution".

I totally dig my wifey and her hubbs right now. I was having a hella shitty day and now they made it like a bajillion times better.
That and they totally made me feel soo loved.

I ate old candy. Why? Cos I wanted it soo badly that's why. And now it's in my tummy. And I am happy.

And now that it has settled, it may have been a bad idea. But I needed candy soo bad tho.

Rough mood swings are rough and they can go to hell for all I care.

I want to be able to sleep. When I feel like this, I lose sleep.

Well, I could try a warm glass of milk or hot chocolate.

Went to do some shopping for mom cos stepdad had hip replacement surgery yesterday.

Came home, and now I feel like doing absolutely NOTHING productive at all today.

Well except for the exception of me playing on the computer for a bit.

Oh wait... Is that not something productive? XD
